Unsolved Account.apple.com stuck on loading screen

I am trying to manage my account but it just keeps on loading. I tried using different devices, phone, desktop, laptop but no luck. Can someone help me please?

Yes. Wired, wireless, mobile data.

Still no luck. I tried everything, even tried using different browsers

Does the same happen if you log in to iCloud website? Or using a vpn?

Nope, logging in to iCloud is fine. I tried using a VPN, changing DNS still no luck.
