Elcan SpectreDR 1-4x + Holosun AEMS

(Repost, wrong video first).

Zero reason to try this except it was a rainy Saturday and my AEMS is sitting on the shelf, homeless. Jeff Goldblum from Jurassic Park would have something to say ...

AEMS gets way fuzzier at 4x than it does with a real magnifier (no diopter) but we're looking through 7-8 panes of glass. It is surprisingly fun to use 1x with the full circle-dot though.

I wonder if the distorted lens of the AEMS is going to be an issue.

It would probably get annoying in real use ... TBH, the AEMS fisheye always bothered me even standalone vs any of my other red dots
