Unblinking.
Of course it is unblinking...the video is paused, but then how?
How did it turn its head from the victim...
To the camera?
How does it even know where the camera is?
And why...
Why is its gaze widening?
I turn off the screen...
Sigh in relief...only to see the creature's gaze when I close my eyes.

Great, great, great.
Eyes open, reading a document, I try not to blink.
I blink...
And the creature's gaze is there.
The longer I look into its gaze, the more vivid the creature gets.
At first, I only saw its wide eye.
A singular huge eye, staring into my very soul.
Now?
I can see its body faintly, tentacles floating around...
And a terrifying grin splitting its face apart.

I should tell someone, but who?
Also...
If they see the video, and they also get afflicted with this...
Curse? Misfortune? Attack?
What then?
I can't endanger anyone else.
I will do this myself.
I sigh, and with burning eyes, I go on a shopping spree.
