I’m preparing for govt exam. Finished college in june & since then had planned to take a drop year & prepare wholeheartedly but idk what has gotten into me, as soon as I sit down to study, I start panicking about how much less time I have, how I will manage govt exam prep during my phd next year, how late I started etc. & It’s not an excuse. I used to love studying in general & still do but I’ve never had this much anxiety that too for months. I even took meds for a fortnight but it only increased my anxiety in the morning so I quit medicines.

I feel like this attempt is the final attempt, as i won’t be able to manage it with research, even though my research is in humanities & is lighter, It’s like something inside me is not letting me get over the guilt & anxiety. I’m panicking about how much time i’ve lost, even though I’ve stayed consistent with some things, I haven’t been able to study a lot.

I can’t go 3-4 days without losing my senses & panicking and stressing out. Nothing is helping, talking to friends, seniors, mentors, family, nothing! I don’t even have any hopes from this post. I don’t have fear of failing exam as much as I’m afraid of not being able to finish my syllabus etc. I can’t explain in words how stressed I am.

I am very tired now. All these have been made by a pandit earlier, including the astrosage one. Please tell what can be done to ease my anxiety. I feel very tired. I feel like I’ve killed all my potential & tanked my drop year. I don’t believe myself or have trust in myself that I’ll be fine, itne baar restart krdiya prep & even other things like meditation etc.

Im 53M, in the last few months of Ketu Mahadasha. Been in it from 2020 Apr. Too many lows and highs.

Health has been a major concern with me discovering that I have some illnesses that I had never heard of before they were diagnosed. Going through one such illness (Acidity, GERD, HPylori etc) as of now. Mental health concerns are deeply persisting.

Career - went from being working at a highly reputed organisation to being a part time consultant at a college. Made too many wrong decisions wrt Finances and Career.

No friends in sight - All of them distanced. I am still ok with it. Not chasing them now. I wonder why?

Parents, Brother, Cousins - All have abandoned me. I've done them no harm. Cared for them till I had a stable job, paid for their health insurance and when I lost my job and had tons of health issues - not a single concern expressed by them despite them knowing. Why? I wonder.

What's in store in the next 6 months, what happens in Venus MD? I am told not to expect any drastic change of fortunes, BUT is there something that will be a bit better? some relief from constant health issues - mental and physical. I am tired to be honest friends.
