Then there is the trap inherent in wanting this pay out or share of a payout the person needs to be part of a registered mobile fire group - and as quoted from the article "Joining a mobile fire group requires signing a contract with the Ministry of Defence". How likely is the contract anyone signs being a general service contract that then a) allows the Russian MoD to ship you off to the front and b) can't be got out of when you realise this.

How likely

Trick question. Once the probability hits 1.0 it starts being called a "certainty."

don't worry about small print comrade

No comrade, you are to sign the contract not read it.

Also, the money, which comes from the regional budget, will only be paid if the targeted facility suffers no damage. Lol

I don't know why Russia bothers with the pretense of contracts meaning a damned thing

I believe putin is what you would call "lawful evil". The regime would rather have a paper trail to justify everything as opposed to openly violate laws. Don't get me wrong, they will violate their own laws as well when in a real bind. I hope they get to that point soon, as that means the end is near.

Send as many easily targeted (slow and low)garbage grade unarmed drones as possible just to watch them pay big bucks for junk.

Send them with bullet holes already in the frame

Didn't Mr Pablo Escobar the great pay his stooges $1m for every policia that met an unfortunate fate?

And we all know what happened to him. Once it became clear that he was using his "prison" as a taxpayer-funded HQ, police besieged it, forcing Escobar to flee into the mountains. There, he had to burn his bills to keep warm, and when police caught up with him again, they didn't bother with the Law: they just shot him in the head.

They could shoot down 99 drones and if one drone gets through to cause damage then there is no payment.

“Congrats, comrade! You've registered in the Russian Army, and sent into a Mobile Fire Group. You have taken down 3 drones tonight, that's 3 million rubles. A fourth drone has reached the Data Center. Y'all are in... a bit indebted, let's say...”

XD

I somehow doubt that they will pay at all. They might pay the first guy that voluntarily will give the money back to them for “patriotic reasons”.

That’s currently just under $12,000

That's like what, $12,000 dollars?

u/amitym 1d ago

How many do you have to destroy to get them to keep the rubles?
