Never use Uber - use DoorDash instead

Just had my last bottle with Uber Dash a driver stole my food and Uber internally canceled my order so now they refuse to give me a refund. How is that even allow that that’s literally theft - will be using literally any other service from now on. Suggest you do the same!

I noticed doordash was getting better when uber was charging for all these extra fees . Shame

DoorDash is also more fair than uber when it comes to things that happen outside of our control. (As a contractor)

I don't use any of them because I'm a fucking adult who can drive myself to get what I need and plan accordingly.

What makes you think DD doesn't do the same? They're pretty much the same service with different names.

DD resolved mistakes pretty quick and never stole our money. Uber is straight up stealing from people so needed to put the psa out there

I'm not questioning if it happened. I know it happens. But it happens on BOTH platforms. You may have just gotten more lucky with DD.
