Miller

watching for the first time. am i the only one who hatesss miller? 😭 i think its a mixture of his voice and the character is just so so so corny to me. i’m on season 4 and so far they’ve killed off half my favorite characters EXCEPT FOR HIM 💔

I liked him from the beginning. Especially after "we took an oath" "to each other." He started as an absolute rookie but with heart (or how they put it in the first season, balls). He's not smooth, he's not charismatic, he's not an expert operative but he's giving his best.

I didn't like his beard but his voice didn't bother me.

The beard redeemed his presentation for me lol

I think he just seemed put of place with all the model looking spec ops people and he was a little cringe like when he tried to give that girl the nickname cupid

I'm watching this for the first time right now and that beard was horrible! I never minded his voice though.

Nah, he’s great. Meylan is the one I despise. Dude was oblivious to the illegality of orders.

He redeemed himself many a time after though

I didn’t like him at first but he grew on me

He's a geek and looks like he belongs more in an American Pie movie than a war hero movie.

But, they take his character to some interesting places and he grows on you. That makes for an even starker contrast against his s1 persona.

He gets good. I felt the same way- he wound up being one of my fav characters. that being said- after season three it's a slog and NOT worth the wait. show jumped the shark, the shark ate it, then pooped it out. it's horrible.

The whole show was ruined for me at the end of season 1. I watched season 2 but it wasn’t good to me because the way season 1 ended. Too many plot holes and things that make zero sense.

I agree but it's my own fault for watching. I watched the first season when it originally came on and dropped off just from the summer lull and forgetting about it. So I started over and I agree it's fine up until Season 3 and that's where it should have ended. I do love the addition of Jodie Turner-Smith in Season 4. However it was on one of the major networks when it first came on, CBS I think. When I saw it was on TNT when the title credits started for Season 5 I knew it wasn't goung to be good. That meant it wasn't getting good enough ratings to stay on the major network and TNT meant a budget cut on top of the that. The storyline was weak, the supporting actors were not as good, most of the rest of the good characters who desrved to move on past their time in service died, and it was just a mess. Most of the time, moving networks is the last gasp for most shows that were put on life support.
