I'm trying to unlock the achievement where you explore all the cave and for some reason I cant seem to unlock the baby cave, is there a way to fix this?

Saw it on sale pretty often and I want to play it with my friend.
I already played the game but lost my steam acc… so I have to buy it again.
Will there be a sale soon?
