Was this the 3rd party seller put something in the devices where they could steal the crypto? If so Trezor is just putting out a statement saying we see that ledger is having this problem and due to that we are gonna audit to make sure everything on our end is fine

It's an everyone problem since it affects the supply chain in general and overall trust w/ hardware wallets. It could happen to anyone.
