The changeling's wedding is happening - it's been a while since I've posted a scene from it here, since all the monstrous characters are in disguise, but if you'd like to catch up, the wedding day more or less starts here.
What's going on here?
- This girl is "Kayra", a changeling made of mud and sticks enchanted to look like the human she had replaced as a baby.
- Changelings are supposed to fade and die after a few weeks, but this one did not, and has been living the real Kayra's human life, and grew up hiding her true nature - even from her own parents.
- Now she's an adult, getting married, and has a complicated relationship with her mother.
- She still hasn't told her fiancé the truth about herself, though not for lack of trying.
- Now there are only a few minutes till she's supposed to walk down the aisle.
Love and Hex started out as a joke about my D&D campaign and turned into an ongoing rom-com/existential horror story. It's on Webtoon and other platforms. Also r/LoveAndHex. And [Patreon](https://patreon.com/love_and_hex if you like early releases and extra stuff.)
