Discussion Could you theoretically use the midi scale Lego Super Star Destroyer in a game?
Just a goofy question I would say, ive been thinking about the possibility of using the Midi Scale Lego Executor in a game instead of buying an official SSD, would it be possible?

It's quite a bit smaller than the armada model but I'm sure an understanding opponent wouldn't mind!

Thats what I was figuring, I mainly don't wanna spend the ridiculous amounts to get one

There's always 3D printing if you are looking for something a little more accurate, pretty sure a printer is cheaper than a SSD at this point haha

I actually have used this for a game. The Lego base is about the size of a large base so it does require some size increases and a way to designate hulls and shields (we used paper and d6s for shields). The only other hard part would be the notches for the speed ruler but Lego studs and anti studs work well for that.

So all I'd really have to do is change the base a little and buy some dice and it'd be good to go?

You don’t even need dice. Just any way to track shields would be good. And the base with  hull zones can be found on star forge.

I also can confirm I have done this, you will need to print or hand draw a token and fudge the manner tool a bit but is it totally doable once you double to base size.

Honestly I'd go with a larger one. Midi scale fits better for things like the Venator and Providence
