I'm trying to build a thematic thrawn list like the fleet he has when invading the rebel base in the rebels show and would like some suggestions of ships/squadrons I should add

ISD 1 with Thrawn and Chimaera is a solid carrier. Interdictor isn't a bad ship in her own right, although not a frontliner.

I don't know if Thrawn had any ace pilots there, but if you're willing to sideline a bit, Vult Skerris is not too bad. Other than that, interceptors and bombers

I know defenders were his pet project so I want to say he had an ace for those

He loved defenders and had tie advanced. But you may not have points to blow on those

Not necessarily from that battle, but thrawn dose often use Arquitens and Gozantis in Star Wars Rebels. And the Darth Vader Tie Defender is from one of the Thrawn books which takes place right after Rebels season 3. I often use squadron aces just for the ship they use and pretend they are someone else, if it doesn't fit thematically

It’s a bit hard to get creative at 400 points; lately, I’ve really taken a liking to 500-point games with the Community Comp.

1. Ships

- Imperial I-class Star Destroyer

- Interdictor Cruiser

- Gozantis

- Another ISD-I or a Victory-class—it really depends on your budget.

1. Titles

- *Chimaera* for your flagship—period.

- *Seventh Fleet* Star Destroyer, whether you're running an ISD or a VSD.

- *Interdictor* for, well, the Interdictor.

1. Officers

- Governor Pryce, Wulff Yularen, and Agent Kallus are thematically sound choices. If you want to expand the list, you could consider Aresko, Titus, Gorlan, or Grint.

1. Squadrons

- Ideally TIE Defenders, though some Interceptors and standard TIEs work well too.

With those core elements, you can test what works best; again, higher point totals allow for more creative freedom.
