If I'm running TNA and I hear that Shotzi are clear from all contractual obligations and are available to sign, I'd go out and open talks with her ASAP.

No thinking needed, just go and sign already. I think she'll fit right in.

They do, but they control the dates, unless its someone like Nic Nemeth that can generally do what he wants, and sometimes misses tapings for other bookings. I could see her having a similar deal, considering how all over the place she has been, where she's probably banking
