It’s possible they saw what he was going to say but then he went out and did something different. At least that’ll be the line they probably go with. Hard to know what the truth is unless Max admits it himself

I’m leaning towards they just didn’t check what he was going to say beforehand lmao (Brian Myers trained him and probably trusted him and he works backstage iirc).

Even if he went off script, they didn't have to put it on all their social media.

They were cool with it until they weren't.

*They were cool with it until Daddy TKO said “NAUGHTY! You hurt our sugar daddies feelings!”

Yeah, this was all cool with TNA until an hour or so after it happened.

Maybe not on paper

No but isn't on paper what matters? I mean I'm not saying what they did was right at all, I was just clarifying.

I know. I'm just saying...it's not the Fed's fault for everything and TNA should know better.

Looking forward to your graduation from clown college?

Bold of you to assume they'll graduate.

Yeah, but are you going to risk an entire partnership for someone who just worked their first show for you? Get real, you know that’s an irrational decision.

No I know that and I absolutely agree. They shouldn't have had him there in the first place and TNA should've known better and done their due dilligence, especially since he's done something like that before. I was just clarifying.

Social media teams do their job, which necessitates fast posting.

They're not the ones deciding on acceptability.

Higher ups were probably more focused on network and ad partner fury first.

They're not the ones deciding on acceptability.

It is absolutely their job to pause and double check if they notice something that shouldn't be posted.

If, after they raised the concern someone higher says go ahead and post it, then their ass is covered.

I mean it already aired on TV. If I’m a social media manager that sees that I go “clearly they are okay with it” and send the damn tweet.

They were cool with it until WWE wasn’t.

Got any sort of evidence of that or did you just pull it out of your ass

"They" are not the same people.

At least that’ll be the line they probably go with.

If that were so, wouldn't this statement be the place to say that?

One has to imagine Myers embarrassed if he vouched for him
