It's been a long time since I've used Soundcloud, but found a few artists online that post on Soundcloud so I came back. Is there any filter that can brush away all the AI slop music? They are basically all the same, same voice, same sound, same variations...it's annoying and exhausting. Where are all the humans?

ok so ive been getting dm'd like various times by people "creating original dance concepts designed around artists’ music and short-form content" which honestly sounds heavily ai, has anyone been getting dm'd too?

Close [x] means no.

No means no.

Not interested.

Do not care.

No means don’t show me this every day.

Still no.

No means don’t send me yet another one today.

While you’re there you can also tell Google I don’t want to sign-in with Google on every single webpage I visit once ever either.

Hello

i am an artist on soundcloud and i use the amplify feature and 2 days ago i dropped a song and the amplify would say its on but my track would just stay at a very low amount nobody seeing

Before ive had songs get to 100+ views in 2hrs with the amplify but right now it seems to just not be working ive deleted and reuploaded and changed the file a lil like 3 times and its still not working

Its frustrating

My sound design is dirty and experimental, with kinda aggressive harmony. It's got intense, distorted melodies, heavy sub-bass and overdriven kicks. This is my second SoundCloud profile and it's totally independent / DIY.

Have been a SC user since literally the first months they started. And I've watched the platform get worse and worse. More corpo, less for artists.

I primarily use SC to share work with clients and lately I've had occasional broken links when I copy the share link, which makes me look unprofessional. I've had it.

They try to force you to use the app, which is garbage if you're not a listener, if you're a creator who uses it for archiving and sharing links.

Now I can't even log in on a browser (tried Safari, Brave, Chrome, Firefox). I get a "something unexpected happened" error every time.

If they fix their platform and I can eventually log in, I'm about to pull all my tracks down and switch to Samply.

please fire your vibecoding "developers"

Looking for someone to hop on some of my beats and potentially become a long time collaborator. I make beats in the style of 2010s Metro Boomin/Travis Scott, reach out if this sounds interesting at all.

New artist

SoundCloud needs a volume normalizer and an eq like Spotify has because so many songs on SoundCloud are quiet especially older songs and I’m always having to turn my volume up and down depending on the song and that gets irritating especially if I’m at work

I have 4000+ songs in my liked library and i like to scroll down and listen to old music that i liked but whenever i try to scroll past 200-300 songs and try to play a song it doesnt let me. When i click on the play button site just freezes and doesnt open any song until i refresh the page. Ive tried downloading the app but i couldnt find a easy way to scroll through my liked songs. This problem started to get very annoying

Having heart and blood pressure spikes that have me questioning my existence. Wrote and produced this song based on what i'm going through.

George Washington's Plea

George Washington's Plea

Was given unto me

He came to me in a dream

I heard him cry and scream

He said they tried to make him king

But he said HELL NO

In our new America

The people run the show

He said that we must VOTE them out

Before it is too late

Or fascism will be

Our eternal fate

Now its war and killing

And plunder and loot

They all lie and steal

In a three piece suit

They now drop bombs

On people they do not like

And plan to take their land

After war department strike

Then they plan another war

And buy up all the stock

Make blood money on people's death

Each tick of the clock

Grab people off the street

That are not lily white

Then shoot them in the back

And say that its alright

They try hide their crimes

Behind a wall of lies

And try to drown out

All the victim's cries

They lie about the climate

To sell much more oil

Ignoring the well known facts

And watching the world boil

The sea keeps getting hotter

And rises every day

Floods our land and houses

On every coast and bay

They started an unjust war

Without any plan

It just made things so much worse

For every single man

They always want so much more

Power for their greed

The awful lies and murders

Are their only creed

George Washington's Plea

Was given unto me

He came to me in a dream

I heard him cry and scream

He said they tried to make him king

But he said HELL NO

In our new America

The people run the show

He said that we must VOTE them out

Before it is too late

Or fascism will be

Our eternal fate

A song about letting go because you're over the last or the last.
