Muliple accounts, one TV?

I have

two phones two people

two Samsung accounts

one Samsung TV.

Is it possible to use two accounts, with two smartthings apps on two phones to control one Samsung tv?

I think the normal setup is one Samsung account. The primary user then invites additional users, thus allowing multiple phones. Its been a long time since I set this up for our household, so I may have gotten the terminology wrong.
