They dont even want help! I had to cut someone off because they wouldnt stop. One was going on and on about how male support groups arent common and that its the feminists fault because women steal all the funding. I said it isnt just lack of funding. They need people to show up. If people arent willing to show up they wont keep getting funded to keep it open. Men dont show up. ( what an unfortunate pattern really) I even listed a few near us and told him what they were for and when they meet and suggested he should join to show his support.
Then he starts saying "oh its different" "thats not for me to join" I told him there was one for fatherless men who experianced truama from inner city violence and crime. That one sent him the fuck off. Started claiming that i was lying. That he already told me he wasnt going to go. That women were evil and thats why men are lonely. I just left. They do not want help.
