That 50th anniversary patch on the throwbacks is so clean. The blue really pops under the lights, especially against Denver's orange. Should be a visual treat even if the game gets ugly.

Nix has been making plays though, I get the nerves. Our secondary needs to show up or it'll be a long night. I just hope we don't abandon the run game again after the first quarter stalls.

They just played the 49ers as well in Santa Clara and it was a 14-17 defensive grind with less than 2 minutes left. Broncos are probably going to be missing PS2 and hufunga, but other than the first game of the year getting smacked by the chiefs they’ve still been pretty good.

I agree. Even if (when) we shoot ourselves in the foot on offense, I don’t think their offense will do as much damage as the 49ers offense. Although I am worried about their defense’s ability to score or get good field position off turnovers.

Seattle has proven that they gam hang with the ‘9ers and Pats but the biggest issue is beating themselves.

Pats won all those Super Bowls by not making mistakes.

I've watched too many broncos games this year to be overly worried

doesn't mean that a win is guaranteed, and we obviously shouldn't take it for granted, but I expect our most comfortable win since the AZ game.

Their D is worse than last year, and their offense is incredibly tragic (and also worse than last year), they may very well miss the playoffs this year

I wish the throwbacks were our official jerseys again. That royal blue looks great, and it’s a color we once shared with the Mariners. The police-blue jerseys of the 2000s were so hideous that we’ve settled for the current look as acceptable.
