Conversions, Modelling & Other Minis The Armies are Done.. time to learn how to play
After several weeks of building, my two armies are completed. They’re not 1000 point armies but I have enough to give recon format some variety.
I also made a sniper tower out of some spare filament spools I had lying around.
Now that everything is built, I can finally figure out how to properly play this game.
Yes I will paint everything in time. I’m just excited to finally get my friends over and play!

Self Promotion Updates on Legion Helper - keywords, tools, army builder and more
I try not to post too much about updates on the site, but it's been a while and the changes have been quite a few. Here are many of the features of Legion Helper, some new and some old.
Tl;dr: Army Builder, Keywords, Printing, Mobile App, Scoreboard Tracker and more.
Quick Keyword and full rules lookup
Almost the entire rulebook has been painfully transferred to digital in sections and groups to make it easy for you to find the rules you're looking for.
Full Army Builder support.
- Create, edit, manage and share your armies with logic in place to help you keep the army tournament legal.
- Including Tours of Duty, with all the Defining Traits, XP and Agendas, all with upgrade cards for easy overview and management. Also for Trooper supporters: Custom art and names for your unit cards.
- Still continued full art on all official upgrade cards.
- Kill Score tracker for those post-battle cleanups.
- Rule of Two-system support by Zero Hour.
- Aurebesh mode for all the super star wars-fans.
- Trooper supporters: Unit cards can dynamically be updated to fit your changes, for example Mandalorian Warriors can get the artwork for your selected Clan, if you want. Or have Armaments appear on the unit card itself, and more.
Print and play the way you want it
- Print just the cards you need for your specific army, in cut-ready PDFs.
- Print your army with all the cards ready.
- Print a list of keywords for that army, in shortened down sentences that will help new players.
- Print command cards, unit cards, battle cards, advantage cards and Tours of Duty-cards just as easy.
Other noteworthy things
- Daily Quiz! Test your knowledge of Star Wars: Legion. You'll find several types, from Guess the Numbers, Find the correct rule, Guess the Command card and Guess the unit, Find the Mistake.
- Scoreboard tracker. Import JSON lists, from Legion Helper directly, from an ongoing Longshanks tournament. Kill Score included. Share your scoreboard with others online.
- Dice Simulator: Twist those knobs and levers and find numbers to those dice rolls.
And lastly, an iPhone app is available at the App Store: Legion Helper.
For Android, I need more testers, so if you want access now, head on to Legion Helper and provide your Google Play e-mail and I can add you to the list.
Phew, that was quite a bit. Hope this lets you play more quickly.

Conversions, Modelling & Other Minis Flimsy General
I was sick of how flimsy General Grevious was. Here is how I fixed it
I glued the cape to the back of his left leg and I have his right leg stepping on a clone helmet.
It was a major improvement

Miscellaneous Making some miniatures heavier?
I want the heroes of my legion factions like Obi-Wan and General Greivous to feel heavier so when you pick them up, they feel a bit heavier than other units.
Underneath the base of the miniature I can see there’s some empty space, so I was thinking of filling some of this in with plastic putty to give it some weight.
Any complications anyone can foresee? Is the void space below the base ever needed?

Painting Differentiating B2 battle droids?
I’m about to put together my first kit of B2 droids. I know that the one pointing forward with its left arm is the commander model, but what could I do to it with paint to help it stand out among other B2s? I can’t find any canon paint variants that would make sense. Can someone help? Thank you!

Rules Question Hi hello. New here. I was wondering. How many boxes do I need to buy to be able to play the game?
As the title says. How many boxes do I need to get to have a full team? I'm used to warhammer 40k needing you to buy like a lot to play. So I was wondering. In terms of what sets I'd need to buy. Is it more like big 40k where I need to get a ton of boxes to have a team. Or more like kill team where 1 box is a full team?
