So, what do you think of this list overall, and what should I focus on when playing it? Is it a good list?

My general idea is to weaken the enemy with my snipers and then charge in with Tontos to finish them off.

Does this strategy make sense, or am I missing something important?

I only see one sniper team in the list so I’m not sure how much work they’re gonna be able to do to soften up the enemy forces.
I would swap your SF around and have two commandos and two strike teams and only one sleeper cell if that’s what you’re wanting to go for.
