Can you share the circuit diagram when you're done? :3

If you wanted to replicate it with a multi-mode operation, you could do variable duty cycle pulse by staging 555s with variable resistors, or you could go full blast by making a half-bridge and using an air-tight mini solenoid (I'm think toys like Womanizer and other clit suckers) and a very tiny diaphragm. The ones in modern disposable electronic cigarette 'suck sensors' would likely be suitable, but you could make your own with a bit of plastic and a nice o-ring and seat for it.

All women deserve to be satisfied. That's why I've become a beast at oral and finger work. Of course, I can't satisfy half the world, so I'm here to help give resources and information. Sometimes the satisfaction of DIY makes it that much more enjoyable when you're doing it yourself.

You need the half-bridge to bring the solenoid with force in both directions. That makes the valve seal, and open reliably. If you're unfamiliar, a half-bridge is the minimum amount of circuitry to oscillate below '0 volts' and in 'positive volts'. Anything less and you're stuck between zero and + volts, which doesn't retract the solenoid.

Edit: Chance they're using a diaphragm pump in Womanizer toys. I'll have to look up a teardown, if there are any...

Looks like an SMD 555 (or similar) oscillator IC connected to either a half-bridge amplifier or a transistor-switched RC-time circuit to pulse the output of the oscillator, along with the transistor(s) for running the motor.

I could be wrong. I can't read what the IC is, and it could be a double-sided PCB.

Poor thing

I'll show this picture to mine if it runs out of battery on me again, as a warning

I’ve always heard it said that manufacturing sex toys is a race to the bottom, lol, I’m almost surprised that board has silkscreen!

Ooh yeah i keep breaking mine. Might dissext them to see what's going on in there, since i want to see if it's poor moisture sealing or rough use or what

Vibrators don’t cost much, so I don’t know if I could find a way to do it for less short of 3D printing a counterweight and putting the motor right up against my crotch

14 year old me disassembled an HDD and drilled a hole in the aluminum platten, before reassembling and powering with a modded ATX power supply. Girlfriend enjoyed it.

Its doesn't need the apostrophe.

Be honest, you're trying to remove the pulse function.

Ya know, if someone put a vibration motor inside a vape, they'd be a millionaire

I honestly wish there was an youtube channel that made sleeper builds for vibrators like they made sleeper builds for cars.

"This week on Vibe media, we are gonna be cramming 500 dollars of compenents into this 138 dollar vibrator we got off amazon"
