Half the country is a cancer to society? We have gotten this dumb?
5
u/Top-Cauliflower-2881 Sep 15 '25
Democrats are like 25%, Republicans are like 25%. The overwhelming majority are swing voters
2
u/ToMissTheMarc2 Sep 15 '25
I mean to be fair, if that were true, we would have major swing elections like during the Reagan years. Half the country votes Democrat and the other half votes Republican. Since 2000, we've seen the swings have not been that big.... The largest being a nearly 10 point swing in 2008 from 2004. If you mean registered, well that's a different story... Not everyone votes in the primaries...

Anyone got a list of killings or attacks by confirmed Democrat-affiliated people in the last 12 months?

u/S20ACE-_- Sep 14 '25
Let’s not act like both sides are innocent , both parties are monsters simple.

Replace democrats with leftists and it would be way more accurate.

u/Art_Crime Sep 14 '25
Yeah, Dems are condemning this shit. We all need to come together and blame the far left and right, but that starts with the president.

u/FormPrestigious8875 Sep 15 '25
You have to recognize that this is only coming from their party. You don’t have trans shooters in the Republican Party. You don’t have political assassinations or assassination attempts from the Republican Party. This is a specifically Democrat party issue. Leading Democrat members have been calling for violence against Republican leaders at their rallies and events for the last 10 years. Kamala Harris was bailing people out of jail for rioting while she was campaigning for president. It’s disingenuous to equivocate the Democrats and the Republicans on this issue.

u/Art_Crime Sep 15 '25
You do have assassinations from the far right. I'm at work rn, but you can look up tbe figures. The majority of demostic terrorists are far right extremists.
We don't know if Kirk's shooter was trans just because we have a bullet casing that says nice bulge. Similarly, you don't know if the shooter was a dem.as they could have been a communist.
If you go on /r/enoughcommiespam you will see libs saying this is bad. Go to any commie sub and you'll see they support it. Communists are not dems.
Which leading dems have called for violence? Didn't AOC even decry the shooting?
1
u/FormPrestigious8875 Sep 15 '25
We also have this polling data YouGov Poll from after the shooting: Do you generally consider it to be acceptable or unacceptable for a person to be happy about the death of a public figure they oppose? Rep: 77% always unacceptable. Dem: 38% always unacceptable.
Earlier this year NCRI released this poll: Justification for the murder of Elon Musk and Donald Trump. Murder of Elon is partially justified or more; Left of center: 50%. Right of center: 14%. Murder of Trump is partially justified or more; Left of center: 56%. Right of center: 26%.
There is a distinct lean towards violence in the democrat party that is particularly worse than republicans.

u/FormPrestigious8875 Sep 15 '25
Because AOC decried the shooting, the entire party not supportive of violence?
Notices bulge, a reference to a meme popular amongst online trans furry communities and was engraved in the bullet. The roommate who was trans was in a relationship with the shooter. While, it hasn’t been confirmed, there is strong evidence and support of the idea that the shooter assassinated Kirk in part due to his affiliation with the trans community. To disregard these points with no logic or a counter argument shows nothing else, but a bias against the evidence.
If I go on TikTok I will see democrats saying this is good.
I’m not going to spend an hour listing every single instance a Democrat has encouraged violence. Biden has, Pelosi has, Schumer has, there are countless. They didn’t specifically support this action, that’s not my point, the point is their strong rhetoric without regard for consequences, and no accountability from most media outlets.

u/Art_Crime Sep 16 '25
because AOC
AOC is the most left of the party name, name one mainstream Democrat who has said Charlie Kirk's death is a good thing.
Notices bulge
Notices bulge is a meme. This is not good evidence they're a furry or a trans person. What is the strong evidence then? I'm not biased against the evidence... You have not given any.
Tiktok
If you go on TikTok? That's your source? Random TikTok commies and children are not indicative of the whole party
Biden has... Pelosi has... Schumer has...
If it's countless give me one article where they support political violence.
To double back, Trump is our president and our president should condemn all the violence.

I'm not hating the president, I'm saying he needs to step up and condemn the violence from both sides. A few months ago a democrat state representative was murdered. This isn't a one-sided problem.
I'm also a conservative not a democrat.

u/Arkansan_Rebel_9919 Sep 14 '25
Where was the condemnation of both sides when Biden spewed out that Trump supporters and MAGA were nazis at the Lincoln Memorial speech? They've, both democrats and leftists, enabled this shit.
12
u/Art_Crime Sep 14 '25
Yeah that's terrible, but Trump claimed the shooter was a leftist before we even knew who he was. Do you sincerely think just because Biden did it, is it okay for Trump to do it too?
I can't find the exact speech you're referring to, but in a separate speech he was condemning Trump for calling people vermin and saying immigrants are poisoning the blood of our country.
Which is the exact rhetoric presidents should avoid because it is so divisive.

When I see “yeah but x did y” their point is irrelevant. Be the change you want to see. Call out the people that need to have their eyes opened and do it in a respectful way. If someone sits in front of you with a completely valid point but they’re being shits about it their comments won’t be palatable and eventually it will be disregarded or received with a negative connotation.
Just take stereotypical Christians for example. Screaming in your face you’re going to hell for not accepting Jesus Christ as your lord and savior. No one wants that. Now if someone just approached with loving intentions it may well be received. At least there’s a much higher possibility than just shooting yourself in the foot.

u/Art_Crime Sep 14 '25
Yeah, and I 100% agree with that. For Biden, it would have been nice if he persisted in trying to lower the temperature. However, we now live under the Trump Admin. We should desire that now Trump would try to be the peacemaker bc he's the president.
Just the clarify for anyone reading this, I'm not trying to shit on Trump. I just expect that he should act like a president and call all violence bad as opposed to trying to peg the violence on one group.

What planet are you livin' on? The democrats and leftists have ignored EVERY order Trump has published. Trump won't calm them down, because they've been brainwashed! Only their leaders can do that, and they won't. They had a full cycle to tone the shit back, and they refused.
They put people in prison for Inauguration Day 2020, voted on imprisonin' soldiers for refusin' the COVID vaccine, and got people fired from their jobs for the SAME REASON. They've only now "ApOlOgIzEd" now that a death is in their hands, after rampin' up hate for this long. It is a diametrically opposed belief system to conservatives, and there is nothin' but hostility between the two. Is this an extreme stance? Yes. Is it justified, fuck yes. My wife was kicked out of her home when I was in the military because she'd not get the vax. I was kicked out of the military for it as well. FUCK'EM ALL, and they get every LAST bit of what they have comin' to them.
ADDENDUM:
Now, they CONTINUE with the rhetoric, and bullshit, that got Charlie killed to begin with. They don't DESERVE PEACE. They deserve EXACTLY what they'd given us for the past ten fuckin' years. It won't stop, because they lack introspection. They LITERALLY WANT TO SEE YOU DEAD, AND WILL CHEER.

u/Arkansan_Rebel_9919 Sep 14 '25
Who else could the shooter have even been?! THEY'VE CALLED FOR OUR DEATHS FOR YEARS. It's EVERYTIME that someone on the right get's attacked, it's some mother fucker who diddle kids and chops their dicks off, or a twig boy fuckin' a trannie. No, I don't think it is right/ok. But, it's NEEDED. These "people" have spent years bleedin' us dry with their marxist bullshit, and we are all the worse off for it.
2
u/Art_Crime Sep 14 '25
>Who else could the shooter have even been?!
Well, fair question, but there are people further to the right of us who want us all dead. The stats of "more far-right violence" afaik are not normal Republicans or Conservatives. Thomas Crooks' politics are unknown and we don't even know if the attempt was politically motivated. All we knew at the time was he registered Republican and he donated to some Progressive org when he was a teenager. Then after some time the FBI released a profile potentially linked to him that showed he was some deranged right wingnut.
Some people kill people for fame, attention, or because they want to been in the books. Some people have sicker reasons for murder too.

I don't like generalizing and blaming "the left" or "dems" for things a small percentage of them do. Not ALL non-republicans are extreme. Just like it's wrong for them to hate all republicans or consider all of us a bunch of hateful bigots. I'm a conservative Christian so I'm against alot of things other people believe in, but segregating and fueling hate for "the other side" is wrong in my opinion.
