I’m having a tough time at work. Like really hard. In all my years doing this (albeit only in my 7th year) I’ve never struggled this badly or felt like I needed a career change more. I’m a fairly rational person so even with my faith I try to explain things or try things differently to see if things improve. But it’s been bad. My mental health is not good. My wife had a miscarriage recently as well…

Holiness and health. Depression is worse than normal and I have some worse than usual heart issues. Had a really bad nightmare and re-re-re-injured my ribs.
