I love my cat so much.
My cat is my best friend. He's black and fluffy with a little white locket on his chest. I got him a bowtie and he wears it daily now. I wake up with him sleeping on the backs of my thighs. He's playful and curious.
When I get out of bed in the morning, he wakes up and follows me to the kitchen, rubbing on my legs. I come home from work and he's sleeping in my bed waiting for me. On my days off, he leans against me whenever I'm sitting down and falls asleep against me.
I sleep better when he's curled up beside me. The feeling of him licking his paws when he's leaning on me is relaxing. He meows a little when he yawns and he's always purring. I don't think I've ever heard him hiss. His tail stands up and wiggles when he sees me.
When I woke up after passing out during an OD scare a few years ago, he was meowing and making biscuits on my chest. He followed me to bed when I crawled to my room and purred and laid on me all night when I was too scared to sleep.
He looks at me and starts purring sometimes, like he's happy to know I'm just existing near him. He really does love me. His little brain registers me as his best friend and he gets sad when I'm gone for too long. I found him under a dumpster covered in gross trash juice years ago as a little kitten and even though I'd bathed him, he still fell asleep curled up on my chest as soon as I set him down on the bed after drying off.
It sounds a little dramatic but I wonder what I'd be without him. I'm sober (relatively...) nowadays and I'm trying to make something of myself. I have this little animal that loves me even on days where I feel ugly and unlovable. He doesn't look at me and see my acne or my ugliness or my lack of accomplishment, he just sees his best friend.

He's my best friend in the world... even when I feel low, it keeps me going to know that he looks for me when I'm not around. He's such a sweet cat.

My little black and white (mostly black) fluff ball follows me everywhere too! Such a great feeling, the love of a kitty. I too sleep better now that he snuggles every night.

Sometimes he meows at me and when I follow him thinking he needs food, he already has food. He just wants me to sit with him while he eats.
