Usually up between 6:30-7:30 to be at my internship before 9. On the weekends I usually sleep in until around 8-10.

8hrs after i go to bed, usually. Issue is that Depends on when I go to bed, and the range for that is anywhere from 11pm to 5am, meaninf i wake up anywhere from 7am to 1pm

2-3pm if my parents aren't there to beat my ass. Otherwise 11-12 is normally when they come to yell at me.

Early ish. If I have to put out dumpster fires I'd rather do it early.

Wake up at 6 am and go to bed at 11 pm. Consistency is key.
Edit to add: A video about sleep regularity.

Tell your mom how much sleep you get during the academic year. Tell her how many of your waking hours you dedicated to class, homework, and studying. You earned your break.

working outside all day is lowkey anti-destroying my sleep schedule. 8 or earlier almost every day

try to wake up at like 6am for a few days and then refuse to nap until bedtime at like 9 or 10pm

I just graduated last year and when I go home I let my guard down and turn into a bum. You don’t have toy overexplain to your parents :) they just don’t see what you go through on campus and that’s okay!

If I'm feeling it, 6AM so I can go out and run. Otherwise, sometime between 8 and 9.

My daughter during the week is up by 7 to get to work. On the weekends she is a bum - no earlier than 11 unless we have somewhere to be
