Theres been a steady inflow of people posting auditor videos either cut short like this or just the full clip with the poster twisting the narrative in the title. First amendment auditors are a cancer of social media and only seek to anger people with things that are legal but frowned upon, like recording a random persons property from the street for hours on end. "auditor" isn't what the person filming is doing. That word implies there's an authority to be tested, to check if they're doing the right thing.

This is someone's home. Granted, it's perfectly legal to film anything the eye can see from public property but filming someone's home isn't "performing an audit". That's just being a pest. Even if the homeowner is a public official, to film them off duty is akin to what the paparazzi do.

To be clear, I agree with your sentiment but let's not call the person filming an "auditor".

This is local to me. From what little I cared to piece together on fb it seems that these people have been going to some guys house and popping his tires and breaking windows. (Yeah, sure) so the victim recorded himself going out there and it was uneventful.
