Oh man that poor lady got her shit rocked worse than anybody. Dude is facing a LITANY of charges. At least 4 separate assault charges.

u/Lollipoop_Hacksaw 12h ago

Could've been murder if that railing wasn't there to stop them after that push.

u/NOTcreative- 10h ago

I mean it's like a 10ft drop

19

u/BarfedBarca 10h ago

lol... go fall off a 6ft ladder and report back to this comment section.

My buddies brother was drunk at a bonfire, went to the treeline to take a piss, tripped, hit his head on a rock, and died.
Doesn't need to be a long drop to be fatal.

Yeah face first into the bar it looked like with the weight of two falling dudes behind her

2

u/partoe5 11h ago

i think that was the other guy's gf, too

1

u/fnordlife 10h ago

they are wearing matching teeshirts! how cute!

Oh I woulda lost my marbles a bit with that push down the stairs but also no security involved? If the people are trying to handle it on their own they doing a poor job of it wait for security/call.

u/no_hidden_talent 13h ago

If you want blood...

2

u/Karhak 9h ago

I mean, with the perfect song for a fight playing, they were obligated to do so.

Christ, he bit the arm of the man restraining him.

And if the security is this poor at dealing with one drunk middle aged man how the hell would they protect the audience in the event of an actual crisis?

8

u/ZedEnlightenedBrutal 12h ago

so if it's 'mob rule' what is the point of security there?

i fucking love that most of the concerts i go to don't have any audience members over 50yo.

2

u/bofh 1h ago

that security guard is about as much use as a roof-rack on a helicopter

1

u/dkyguy1995 5h ago

The security response is not that good 😅

26

u/east_van_dan 11h ago

Do they not even turn the house lights down at concerts anymore? Fuck stadium shows. I don't find them enjoyable at all anymore.

22

u/PlzTyroneDontHurtEm 10h ago

Not when the average age of attendees is above 65

7

u/dkyguy1995 5h ago

With the sound off I thought it was before the show, thats crazy the lights are all on like a basketball game 😆

2

u/Aadlez 4h ago

Looks like there are windows at the top and the sun is still up

1

u/PM_ME_A_GOOD_STEAK 3h ago

Early bird special concert. Everyone back in bed before 9 pm

1

u/BogeyLowenstein 3h ago

It’s outdoors and probably hasn’t started yet. I went to AC/DC this summer and they started at sunset, no house lights on once they began

u/Zestyclose-Error-431 13h ago

I'm more shocked at how empty the arena is. Even AC/DC isnt packing shows anymore?

u/emoskummier 13h ago

u seen the ticket prices for these legacy bands? the arenas are gonna look emptier and emptier

5

u/Most_Structure9568 6h ago

Probably 25 bucks forty years ago

22

u/MochiLV 12h ago

Prices and the economy these days....

91

u/Burning___Earth 13h ago

It's not even dad rock any more, man. ACDC is grandpa rock.

20

u/partoe5 11h ago

seriously. like why is this a shock? they are from like 2 different eras.

This is literally like if you are old enough to remember how PBS would have those concerts from people from the 50s and 60s sing the classics.

The Lawrence Welk Show

8

u/EricSanderson 11h ago

Based on this video, they still sound pretty good though

u/Competitive-Panda-32 12h ago

It's arguable that it's even AC/DC at this point. The bassist and drummer are a couple of replacements that have no history with the band. Even the rhythm guitarist Stevie Young, although he's Angus's nephew, was only a replacement member for the 1988 tours while Malcolm was in rehab. Now he's been back with the band since 2014, after Malcolm retired and later died...but to me, even having him in the band feels off. Malcolm brought so much to the sound with his guitar and backing vocals.

I saw them a few weeks ago and felt legit angry at how bad the Bassist was.

I expected these other members would be total professionals and hold things down, making it easier for the aging Brian and Angus.

Instead, Bassist made a constant droning rumble the entire time, and he didn't even ATTEMPT to play any notable basslines from their discography.

8

u/Blue_Waffle_Brunch 12h ago

There's a couple small sections totally empty - either not being used or maybe for some either reason - but the rest of the arena looks pretty filled to me. If this is from the Power Up Tour, it made like $150 million. I think they're doing fine.

11

u/Lapare 13h ago

Montreal show was packed a month ago..

2

u/giantscruz 4h ago

why is it so brightly lit tho?

1

u/BogeyLowenstein 3h ago

The show probably hasn’t even started yet. I went to AC/DC in a stadium over the summer and it was packed.

2

u/morgano 12h ago

The majority of the crowd will be in their 60s to 70s, the seats look pretty occupied - you're not going to see many people standing at gigs like this - most of the people will be reminiscing having seen them 40-50+ years ago.

2

u/ThisGlobalLandscape 12h ago

Who can afford it

1

u/Mr-Pugtastic 6h ago

Just saw Weezer in DC a couple weeks ago and they filled that arena!

1

u/mmob18 6h ago

how is this a shock lol

most the OG fans are in retirement and the younger ones can't afford anything.

1

u/No_Celery_8071 5h ago

Saw Rush Aug 7 in Toronto and it was packed. But then again, it was Rush. Greatest band and fans, period.

1

u/canadiandude321 2h ago

Also in their home city.

0

u/Least-Common-1456 11h ago

Aren't they like 90 years old?

0

u/ghostfacestealer 8h ago

They should probably be doing arenas and not stadiums

0

u/Mortis_XII 8h ago

I think axl rose had become the singer for these shows, so some purists didn’t want to deal with that (me included)

-5

u/gucci-sprinkles 12h ago

They haven't packed a show in a decade

20

u/Head-Ad-6708 9h ago

That looks like an absolutely TERRIBLE concert. I’m convinced the only people who go to those shows are people who don’t go to concerts

6

u/slayerfan666 3h ago

Who the hell fights at an AC/DC show? That just embarrassing.

1

u/chesterismydog 2m ago

I think they forgot they didn’t have mosh pits at AC/DC in the 80s. ;)

24

u/whoisnotinmykitchen 13h ago

Curious how the concert was. I saw a clip of one about a month ago and it was not good. Not good at all.

29

u/Lapare 13h ago

Saw them a few weeks ago, they played for almost 3hrs non-stop. They looked like they had fun on stage. Sure the singing is not what it used to be, but the show was far from bad.

6

u/liccman 12h ago

Lol looks like nobody can afford floor tickets for AC/DC nowadays

4

u/Itwasme1985 12h ago

Their audience is old, so they need to sit down. Couldn't stand that long. (I would genuinely be the same tbf)

10

u/Lollipoop_Hacksaw 12h ago

That asshole is SO lucky there was that railing there. With that push, he could've potentially killed that man and that woman bystander tumbling down all those concrete steps.

He deserved that dragging afterwards. Fuck that moron.

8

u/nzclknzspfoeSdf 13h ago

Imagine how much they paid to sit around with a bunch of other middle aged dudes they don't like so they can squint trying to see musicians hundreds of feet away.

1

u/notanon666 5h ago

They’re well past middle aged.

9

u/spacecadet-94 12h ago

I was at this show only a couple rows away 😂

9

u/PM_ME_A_GOOD_STEAK 12h ago

What was the back story?

10

u/spacecadet-94 12h ago edited 10h ago

What I gathered was I think the guy was just being drunk and belligerent, bugging the couple, so the boyfriend told him off which started the brawl lol

5

u/Wonderful-Loss827 10h ago

Why is there a tattoes shirtless man???

2

u/Drivingintodisco 7h ago

Always gotta have one in the crew.

6

u/5pooky5cary5keleton5 12h ago

Yeah do you know what happened?

3

u/brettmbr 13h ago

I love the guy on the left standing up and wanting to intervene but the woman he’s with is like “noooo you’re not”

3

u/xt0rt 10h ago

Are the house lights on!? If so, why? That would make for a terrible show.

2

u/dkyguy1995 5h ago

Yeah it would absolutely kill the vibe at any show, this looks terrible

2

u/natedoggcata 4h ago

At the beginning of the video, when one guy drags the other up the stairs you can see windows and its still daytime. Then when he pushes the guy down the stairs you can see the top of the stadium has a bunch of windows. Thats probably why its so bright in there.

1

u/xt0rt 56m ago

Ah thanks!! I did not notice any of that. I was kinda stuck on the floor and seating emarea being completely visible.

2

u/petebrdfrd 13h ago

Yeah yeah yeah

2

u/Inwardly-Outgoing 11h ago

Nice soundtrack

7

u/maliciousman 11h ago

AC/DC is the only show I ever left early. Worst performance I've ever seen. RHCP is a very close second.

3

u/kilibaridi 8h ago

Maybe you saw them too late. ACDC was amazing at the SARS concert in Toronto in 2003. RHCP in 2012 were great too.

2

u/PM_ME_A_GOOD_STEAK 11h ago

I was hyped to see RHCP but my seat was blocked by a scaffolding tower and it made the concert suck 😑

2

u/5pooky5cary5keleton5 12h ago

Reckless endangerment, aggravated assault, battery...at the very least. That dude is fucked. What an idiot.

1

u/One_Jackfruit_2320 11h ago

Grandpa mosh pit

1

u/Constantine133 10h ago

Where was this?

1

u/digital 9h ago

AC/DC actually sounds AMAZING here 😀🤩❤️

1

u/BeardedVirgin23 8h ago

Why is everyone out of breath?

2

u/PM_ME_A_GOOD_STEAK 8h ago

High altitude in the nosebleeds

1

u/WickedTeddyBear 3h ago

Didn’t he tripped because of his pants and involuntary pushed the other guy ? Not defending him at all, he behaved like an asshole btw.

1

u/Worldly_Response_765 3h ago

Solid headbanger!

1

u/sacredblasphemies 2h ago

How is there anyone under 40 at an AC/DC concert?

1

u/VegasBornLori 13h ago

This is why we can’t have anything nice

-2

u/SidewaysButtCheeks 12h ago

That makes zero sense.

1

u/Pyffindor 7h ago

dude in the beginning does all that then immediately turns his back. bad move

-2

u/DotBetaSDK 12h ago

Boomer BBQ music.

5

u/studleejosh 12h ago

When I think of Rock and Roll, the first thing I think of is ACDC. Rock on.

1

u/bigdoinkloverperson 11h ago

i think of little richard or chuck berry or maybe jimi hendrix

0

u/J_Viper117 11h ago

And some Motionless in White

-1

u/DotBetaSDK 12h ago

I think of Sabbath and Metallica. Still all boomer bbq music. Never said it was bad just calling it what it is.
