I was having this argument with someone one day. I think all BBLs donāt look horrible. I think the horrible/overdone ones are the only ones that are noticed, and thatās where that ideal comes from. But also, the people who get them usually have body image issues and that could be another thing.

Video compression uses shortcuts to reduce file size. Basically using a full size jpeg every few seconds, and filling up the motion between jpegs with predictive motion vectors among other tricks. These motion predictions often are wrong. The black and white and the color image are separated, with the color image usually being handled at 1/4th the resolution of the b&w. Before being stretched over the b&w for display. So her purple head over might be bleeding onto her face

Just read up on this woman. This is peak what's wrong with America.
At 13 she was basically doing gang shit, stealing cars and threatening people with knives. Her mom wanted to disown her so they went on Dr. Phil where she legit stole a crewmembers car during filming then she tried to fight the entire audience by saying "cash me ousside" which became a viral meme. She then went back on Dr. Phil with no audience, and around the time her cash me ousside was remixed and became even more popular. Her and her mom who now apparently likes her daughter bc she's making money sued people incl. Walmart for using her catchphrase. She was then nominated by MTV award for "trending". Then it's just a stream of music videos and TV deals to put her absolute insanity on TV because people love a trainwreck.

the only thing I have to correct is that Dr Phil is mostly a bullshit show, so anything you see on there was not that serious in real life, but would make a good addition to an episode if you just change a few things to make it more sensational.
