Who's the idiot banker that accepted this? The guy will never pay and will basically destroys his life in the process :S

I don't like the AI bros but this is seriously fucked up, the guy will lose it all...

It’s published by “Easy Fox Games”. While Steam does allow publishing as yourself, it’s highly discouraged. And in order to publish as a company, you must provide your organization formation info. It’s almost certainly an LLC or S-corp. Making an LLC costs like $50. And if the company fails to recoup its losses, he can declare bankruptcy and wash his hands of it. It has no association to his personal credit.

You don’t just get a loan without a collateral or personal guarantee, especially if it’s a first time business loan

With any other business I'd 100% agree, but for ai startups in particular some investors (and even banks) lose their shit if you have any users
