Any experience in public health? (laughs) She was vice president of a conservative think tank that was put in charge of undoing Obamacare, however, and she also contributed to Project 2025. In 2024, Carolyn wrote a book called Esther: The Woman Who Didn't Know Her Place, from the perspective of a Christian woman in government. Let's check out this communications pro in action.

We had a guy at the state government in Arkansas DEQ. He headed up the office of land. Ie., all things that deal with anything in/on the ground. (Think water and soil quality, etc)

We had an underground fire that went on for 6 months, b/c he had no idea what to do. His qualifications? Pastor and nothing else. After 6 months the governor got involved, replaced him with someone with a degree and the fire issue was solved in a couple of weeks. It cost AR tax payers several million.

Conservatives don't understand expertise b/c they have none. They can't conceptualize solving a problem that requires several thousand hours of expertise. It's foreign to them, but they're certainly arrogant enough to believe otherwise.

He didn’t know what needed to be done and couldn’t ask anyone?

Nope. He just twiddled his thumbs and hoped the fire would go out. He didn't know who to ask. I worked under him and had experience dealing with emergencies similar to this, and I could have pointed to out of state companies that deal with these types of emergencies. But I, nor anyone else was asked. So, the fire burned, and several hundred people nearby were smoked out of their homes. Part of the issue was this was an illegal landfill/dump, so no one really knew what was burning, and it could have been quite hazardous.
