I went and checked myself after I saw this post and he's not lying. I scrolled for like 2 minutes and it was just people telling him to his face what the news won't. No bots, no filters, just actual Americans fed up. It's kinda wild to see.
They could be. The incident where Twitter showed the country of origin of their accounts was somewhat revealing however. Seemed like all the accounts that hated Trump were from the US, but an awful lot of the ones supporting him were from Russia.
If Ukraine can knock Russia offline completely for about the next 25 months... they'd reap great rewards from a complete election cycle with no/less RU interference in US or EU elections.
The US is building datacenters en masse for that very purpose. Mass surveillance and mass media manipulation. Let's be honest here, the russians getting kicked out is great. But it's also signaling american oligarch that they have to expedite their plans a little faster.
Things are about to get much worse. And good luck getting rid of the datacenters on american soil; ukraine won't save us from that.
I'm actually quite curious how this is affecting the flow of propaganda and misinformation inside Russia. If the Kremlin loses control of the narrative it could be bad news for ol' Vlad.
I doubt it, Russia will just outsource the bots to other data centers overseas.
The good thing is that this sort of stuff is expensive. Expensive to set up, expensive to repair, expensive to rent overseas.
One of the interesting things is watching the Russian economy and how they are burning through it like no tomorrow. The more expensive everything is to do, the quicker the house of cards collapses.
