Aren't the republicans the abstinence only folks?
Weird how they have all this sympathy for frat boys in a murky situation who got drunk and (in their excuse view) had group sex, isn't it?
No judgy "well that's what happens when you...", no 1 man 1 woman, just a bunch of sympathy for the frat boys
Weird, almost like they are full of shit or something

Yes, she agreed to 3 different 3somes, told one guy not to a 4some so he left, and she was coming back for another 3some and more drugs at Halloween but when she was banned from coming she claimed rape even after telling them nothing was illegal, she wanted more, and that she loved 2 of them.

Because it’s all about turning victims into perpetrators and perpetrators into victims.
To these people? Women are only victims when there’s a minority to blame and an agenda to push. Transgender people will never be the threat, it will always be men in power.

Well yeah, they don't actually give a damn about protecting women or women's sports. What's the joke? "Whats the best way to circumcise a Republican? Kick his sister in the jaw", not to mention these Republican shit holes have bill boards reminding not to rape their daughters. To say nothing of the higher rates of physical, mental, and sexual violence experienced in Republican shit holes.

Why? If you want to take a moral stance on protecting women as the primary reason for obsessing over transgendered people (as opposed to admitting to outright bigotry) then there is no room for hypocrisy here. If this had been a transgendered teenager playing women's softball on a junior high team in the middle of nowhere Fox News would be screaming about it from the rafters. When it comes to something like this they stay suspiciously silent or take the opposing side. It's the same as calling out the POTUS - Obama wears a tan suit and conservatives lose their minds. Trump threatens to use nukes on our allies and suddenly they have nothing to say.

You’re actually failing to grasp the inferred meaning and the context. It’s a very common thing for people who haven’t trained their critical thinking skills.
A lot of the rhetoric against trans folks is about protecting women. A lot of the anti trans folks have been pretty quiet on this subject - an instance where a woman was literally put into danger and SURPRISE the individuals involved were not trans.

Ah, I must be thinking of something else then. I’ve seen some evidence from some Cornell student who said she consented to quite a bit of sexual activity. It’s common place now. My body my choice. And even said the guys who were involved were quite respectful as she “ok’d” some actions and “declined” others.
Oh, and one of the accused gentlemen also accuses her of raping him. #believeallvictims am I right!?
Edit: she seems to remember a lot of the night and details play by plays in her texts. Not looking good for her. Honestly, the more that comes out, I hope she gets jail time for massive defamation and false accusations. Seems like a gross person in all honesty.

-3
u/Texas-Couple 4d ago
I'm not sure what the point here is supposed to be. Are you under the impression that conservatives support such violent acts? Are you perhaps unaware of what typical conservative views are against this kind of assault? At the risk of stating the obvious I can tell you they're opposed to it. You won't find a conservative person who won't say That individuals who commit crimes should be punished for them. But one thing is for certain If under normal circumstances there is the potential for bad behavior, you certainly don't create the ideal circumstances for said bad behavior.

0
u/Proof-Pineapple69 4d ago
Her text lay down pretty everything that happened. She says she was too drunk to consent, but then she gave a blow job to a guy who was also too drunk to consent. So is she a rapist too?
1
u/RelevantSoftware8283 4d ago
I'm just pointing out that even if she proved it in court you still wouldn't believe her.
0
u/Proof-Pineapple69 4d ago
The whole point which people seem to miss, is that sex happens behind closed doors. So unless you've been abducted and detained, if you're behind closed doors and you don't like what's going on, you just leave.
And the issue of closed doors, is that it's inevitably a "he said she said" situation. So by definition she will not be able to defend her accusation. Unless she says that she was forcefully detained, which is extremely unlikely at this point.
If a woman isn't capable of doing stuff behind closed doors, she shouldn't expose herself to such situations.
It's like working for someone without a contract, then suing them for not having been paid.
0
u/Guderian12 4d ago
Why don’t you believe women? She admitted it was her body her choice…she admitted blowing someone who couldn’t consent…she admitted she wanted to do it again..but yet you know everything even the outcome of a fantasy you made up.

I have seen the information that has been released.
She is a discusting humans, the men are discusting humans. However, nothing illegal happened. It was retaliation for her reputation being destroyed.
She only got upset when the president he doesn't think she should come back. The whole situation was a bunch of intoxicated people being discusting and nothing illegal happened.
Well, aside from the K-Holes they went down, that was illegal.

Go READ the information.
0
u/concussive 4d ago
I’ve read it and they’re very likely guilty. Can you link me where you get your information from?
Just the fact that a text was sent out advertising her is enough to know she didn’t consent. Let’s say guys 1-7 were consented too but then they text people after she’s on ketamine and drunk. She cannot consent to them. I await your brain dead take.
1
u/Embarrassed-Pen-5958 4d ago
If all parties are drunk and only the women can't consent, you are making a claim of inequality between the sexes.
Do you believe there is inherent inequality between the sexes just by existing? Or do you believe that men and women are equal?
That is the next step here.

Fraternities are, but it seems we may disagree fundamentally anyway lol
1
u/perpetual_homosexual 4d ago edited 4d ago
Frats allow it, that’s for sure. And that’s gross. But there are no sizable groups promoting it. It doesn’t mean the culture shouldn’t change, but vast majority of people agree - rape is wrong.
In other words, if there isn’t a group of people out there advocating for the Cornell 7.. it’s less likely people are going to feel the need to yell from the rooftops how wrong it is. You don’t really have too many people to convince that rape is bad..
2
u/Available-Manner9506 4d ago
This whole post is engagement bait so i feel silly but:
Fraternities have a long history of date rape and coercion culture, even long in the past there was a lot of colleges that encouraged the fraternities to prey on sororities. Alot of people know this, most people agree rape is wrong yah, alot of people, including in this thread have a really awful grasp of what constitutes rape.
0
u/perpetual_homosexual 4d ago
They do.. and it is something a lot of colleges have worked to crack down harder on. I hope we continue to address the issue.
My point is, there really aren’t too many outspoken people saying the opposite. So, there just isn’t as much fighting over it.
1
u/Available-Manner9506 4d ago
Scroll down a little then lol, even beyond that alot of grifters are pushing the narrative that this situation was "someone who had sex and then regretted it and is call it rape", idk it definitely seems as though there atleast a minority that is vocal enough and feels that way that we are having this conversation to begin with.
1
u/perpetual_homosexual 4d ago
I see trolls, and people saying they’re waiting for a verdict. I think letting the justice system play out before being too vocal is fine.
1
u/Available-Manner9506 4d ago
Whether you want to admit it or not theres plenty of people arguing if its even rape to begin with.
1
u/perpetual_homosexual 4d ago
I saw one of those comments too. There have been cases, as rare as they are, where women have lied about not giving consent. I tend to believe the women, first. Then, wait for the facts to come out. Some will believe the men, and hopefully change their minds if the evidence proves them wrong.
1
1
u/Available-Manner9506 4d ago
Also I believe the point is if these people cared about women they would be advocating for the victim and charges/punishment for the 7 individuals who carried out the act, and a better response from the colleges/universities in general.
1
u/perpetual_homosexual 4d ago
But, I can say that about anything. Have you been promoting equal rights for women in India? Or do you just not really care about women? People can only advocate for so much.
Just because the same crowd that is the loudest about women’s sport isn’t the loudest on every other women’s issue, doesn’t mean they don’t care.
1
u/Available-Manner9506 4d ago
When its the only issue they get up in arms about...
1
u/perpetual_homosexual 4d ago
Fair. I guess I think you’re just painting with too broad a brush. There is nuance here, and there are groups of people who both believe women’s sports should be for cis women and are outspoken about situations like the Cornell 7. I do get your point though.

u/Environmental-Grab0 4d ago
This is going to turn into another duke lacrosse team. It will just make it worse for women accusing actual rapists because every time new evidence comes out, it shows that she consented and if anything, the guys were more intoxicated than her.

u/Environmental-Grab0 4d ago
so clearly youve read nothing on the case.
can you expalin why she told many people that it was consensual, and that people need to be more open to sexual stuff, and stop slut shaming her?
can you also tell me why she was upset that she wasnt allowed to go to that fraternity's Halloween party, and reported them right after she was banned?4
u/Accomplished_Hat9619 4d ago
Not talking about the case. Women are constantly being abused by men. Through out history. It’s never crazy to believe women since stats matter.
2
-1
u/Proof-Pineapple69 4d ago
Yeah, coz women never abuse men, right?
1
u/AnalGlandSecretions 4d ago
You need to look at per capita. Men abuse women far more than the opposite
1
u/Proof-Pineapple69 4d ago
I know. But men don't "constantly abuse women". It's just a myth. And an even bigger lie is that only women get abused.
1
u/HPenguinB 4d ago
Statistically, 1 time out of 10.
1
u/Proof-Pineapple69 4d ago
No
34% of women apparently get abused, vs 17% of men. Hardly 1 out of 10
https://www.cdc.gov/nisvs/media/pdfs/intimatepartnerviolence-brief.pdf
0
u/HPenguinB 4d ago
Sorry, I was looking at violent crime because people can be abused more than once.
2
u/Proof-Pineapple69 4d ago
Women's overall annual rate is about 2.3x men's. The gap is narrower for physical violence (about 1.75x) and for psychological aggression (about 1.4x).
1
u/Proof-Pineapple69 4d ago
Read the story of Erin Pizzey who found out about men being abused, and got her life threatened because of it.
1
u/Accomplished_Hat9619 4d ago
Not nearly at that same rate. Ask any cop. Stats and facts show that men are the biggest abusers by a lot.
1
u/Proof-Pineapple69 4d ago
Men are twice as likely to abuse a woman than vice versa. Not sure if that's considered a lot.
Either way the claim that men "constantly abuse women" is just a lie
1
u/Accomplished_Hat9619 4d ago
That’s not accurate but even if it was it would still be way more. If you think that one out of every three sexual assaults is a women that you’re a incel weirdo.

That's not what they're doing here, they're saying all the people who were just oh so worried about protecting women from trans women don't actually give af at all about protecting women bc they're all super a-ok with SA of women as long as it's a cis man doing the r@ping bc they're all misogynistic, sexist, and transphobic.
