Yeah on the local level china is way more democratic than people realize, it's all merit based and tracks real improvement of life to constituents, you cannot be elected a higher party position if you don't have the merit of competency to back it up, like how Orange Donald hires stupid family members and yes men/women

Everyone in Government does this and yes, they all belong in prison for it. I don’t see them voting themselves into jail, unfortunately.
