It's not simping to say we shouldn't leap at the chance to make fun of someone's appearance because they hold different opinions. Yes, even when those opinions are MAGA talking points. I know we're on Reddit but try to rise above your instincts to be a chud and insult her in a way that doesn't also insult everyone else born with the same differences in appearance.
