Somehow triggered shadow Darkrai. It goes back to normal after catching it but if there was one pokemon to have this shadow silhouette, this is def a top choice

God, I wish the game looked slightly better. It's passable, don't get me wrong... but shots like these would go so insanely hard with better graphics. Man 💔

Is this game worth getting for shiny hunting in mind? I really do like playing Pokémon games with the cool storyline, but I really want to finish this game quick to Shiny hunt! How long did it take you guys? It’s getting the shiny charm, time-consuming and hard? Thank you guys for your time and I hope you have a good day!!

Is there a point to completing them all? Or it is going to be a waste of my time? (Just finished the first wave of requests, with Magikarp being the last one finished).

I cant seem to find consistente info on this or answears in the megathread, i've done countless soft resers in the camp then in the Village, some sources say the metohood has been nerfed or completly patched and others say it works fine, im confused

Since it’s implied that Akari/Rei are from Alola based on the t-shirt their wearing during the game’s introduction scene, I’m wondering if them seeing Rowlet would’ve helped them recover their memories.

It also makes me wonder if that was a deliberate decision by Arceus so that even if they couldn’t remember Rowlet or the other two(Cyndaquil and Oshawott), they’d feel more comfortable.

What are y’alls thoughts?

I am so happy. 🥹This is the first shiny I caught in a mainline pokemon game. 150 hrs in Pokemon Violet and 200 hours in Pokemon FireRed and not a single shiny. I caught it after 10 hours.

Well, another day, another 2 types. This time it's Water and Rock. But I caught another 2 cool Shinys: Teddiursa and Misdreavus. It's been 18 hours, and I'm holding out hope that I could win, considering I have 12 types now. Next, I'm hoping to find a Ground, Fairy or Ice type soon.

I like Dewott, but I kinda wish it also had an Hisuian Variant.

Anyway, yeah, he's definitely evolving into a dark type after this one

How do you define baby pokemon?

Is it because it looks like a "baby" , that it's a stage 1 pokemon, maybe both at the same time or that it has 3 stages of evolution ( just curious)

I.e. would croagunk be considered a baby per se

Or how about bonsly. It has only 2 stages but does look babyish​
