What I don't understand is how come the University get to decide how a crime is punished? Were the police involved? Lawyers? The courts? Do they have the rule of law in that increasingly weird country?

Pigs are saying there is insufficient evidence. Apparently there are numerous texts from them talking about it and telling others to "have a go"
