Solar is growing rapidly. This has been true for over a decade. I don't think the guy has a specific group of people even a specific identifiable thing he's angry about. It's just "rich people are spooky" in the vaguest sense.
He's probably American. The ruler class in the USA is Democrat and Republican voters. They destroyed their economy bailing out failed business owners with stimulus so they're trying to blame pretty much any minority group they can for the consequences.
Same thing their ancestors in Germany did 100 years ago. The Nazi's were just Christians. They blamed a religious minority when they destroyed their country.
