Question ❓ What does this noise mean?

My little guy is less than a year old, he was playing with his toy then started making this sound. Is he sad? Lonely? I’ve only had him about a month.

Our dove usually does this noise and long neck when he sees a hawk or something unknown fly or run by the window. It's kind of his ALERT, ALERT! Honk.
