Question / Problem A copyright claim from The Orchard Music

I have a quick question. My first video has received a copyright claim from The Orchard Music. If the video becomes eligible for monetization in the future, will I still be able to earn money from it? And if a portion of the revenue is shared with The Orchard Music, what would the revenue split percentage be?

Perhaps start with some facts; did you knowingly include content to which they own the rights? What was it, how much of it did you use, and in what way?

Be default split is 100%/0%

If the type of copyright claim is [audio], you get 0%. If it's [melody/lyrics], you get 50%
