Issues with Tournament loading?

I left Apple Arcade for a few months and recently came back. I installed the updated version of Outlanders 2 - but the tournament updates won’t load. I am stuck on the last tournament day I played before I left a few months ago. I even replayed that level to see if it would advance me. Anyone else have this issue or any ideas? Thanks!

Do you have Discord? The devs are pretty good about providing support for these sorts of issues on the game’s Discord server; it’s linked at the bottom of the game’s settings page.

I don’t. I’ve been oddly resistant to discord (just have way too many accounts) but maybe it’s time!

Occasionally when we go from one tournament to the other and updating the app doesn’t make the next tournament populate, I have to delete the app and redownload

I had the same thing happen - went to the tournament yesterday, was greyed out. Figured it was just a transition to the new one and it’d be available today. Logged in today, nope, I’d missed day one🤦‍♀️

I’m still waiting on for my tournament to not be greyed out!

I had to delete and reinstall the app, then login to my Apple account within the app. That fixed my issues with tournaments

Are you using a vpn? I have to pause mine to get anything in Outlanders to load.
