He's a TM legend so unless you want to save some time on TM for rewards there's no big reason to get him. His special can't get rid of some of the more annoying debuffs (i.e. Blow away) but, imo, he's not worth it. Other than this event I doubt he'll be THAT handy and the fact that he'll take up a Luffy or a Chopper spot is a major handicap

I suggest saving for the half anni or new years. Maybe see how the upcoming Kizuna legend is but unless it's on the level of the five elder dual units i'd save

I also got Luffy/Chopper from medals! Step 5 from the guaranteed red poster, only had to spend around 25 gems total for that 5th step.

i also got them on the discount. ive gotten every tm legend since striker ace within 4 multis except saul, so TMs been pretty nice and easy for me for the last year.
