Technical Can‘t find Queen in Character Box

Hi,
I just got the dex queen from the PR rewards but can‘t find him in my box.

All Filters are off.

In the title screen hit the configuration and look for something like "fix the app or resourses". It happened With me, long Ago when I was still active.

Idk how to solve that. I lost one copy of Reiju from previous PR rewards too

Maybe in the inbox? Sometimes it has stuff in it but doesn't show the notification.
