Bruh. Brian Branch instigated a bench clearing scuffle literally last year. 

I know it was because he was upset about the lack of a holding call but it’s probably a firm #3 behind Trent Williams socking Sherman while he was wearing a helmet.

I apologize. I don’t know what I was thinking, I watched up to the part he threw a punch and didn’t see anything afterwards. I also probably shouldn’t bring up an event that happened exactly a year ago, I didn’t even watch the ending of that game.

I apologize for this insensitive comment. I didn’t mean to excuse his actions or transgressions off the field by calling him a “great tackle.”

What I meant to say was that the Rams aren’t going to cut him because of this incident. He’ll probably get suspended for a game or two by the league but that’ll be it.

The layman underestimates the amount of testosterone these guys have in their body both naturally and artificially. Combined with the type of person you have to be to play in the trenches at this level. Comes with the territory a bit. Talk shit get hit is the way of life. This shouldn't have happened. But don't be all grasping your pearls that it happened. A suspension does seem appropriate here tho.
