My Adventures with Wonder Woman:
Cast:
Diana Prince: After centuries of isolation, Themyscira is getting ready to open itself back up to the world of men. Before they do they send reconnaissance out into the world. Among those who left the Island is the Queen’s daughter Diana. The princess is currently observing Gateway City USA under the guise of Diana Prince Gateway University student.
Wonder Woman: After saving a small group of school children a disguised Diana is hailed a hero. Deciding to take inspiration from both her heritage and Metropolis's Man of Steel, Diana crafts herself a costume and takes on the role of Wonder Woman. But can this defender of truth maintain yet another false identity?
Steve Trevor: Agent Steven Trevor of Cadmus was rather disgruntled when Ammanda Waller reassigned him to Gateway. But with rising rumors of another Super-human Cadmus needed feet on the ground. Waller’s directives are clear. Find the Meta, befriend and observe them, categorize their strengths and weaknesses, and, if needed, eliminate them.
Etta Candy: The only word to describe Etta is “cutesy”. The freshman college student is cheerful, friendly, and unbearably sweet. She is Diana’s roommate, and much to Diana’s alarm, a closeted Greek mythology nerd. Can an Amazon princess hide her identity living in the same room as an Amazon obsessed hyperactive roommate?
Amanda Waller: Amanda Waller plays much of the same role as in My Adventure With Superman, though she’s done leaving others in charge. Instead, Agent Trevor responds directly to her. She sees Wonder Woman as a potential weapon against the Kryptonians, but also as a potential threat equal to the Kryptonians.
Maxi Zeus: A Gotham native, Maxi is a multi-billion-dollar tech bro. His father was a computer genius and the founder of Olympus Electronics. Now the nepo-baby son, is in charge, deciding to use his father’s tech to make and sell lightning-based weapons. Later on, he will accidentally electrocute himself in a battle with Wonder Woman causing him brain damage that will manifest in his delusions that he is The Zeus, king of Olympus.
Tim Trench: Trench appears briefly in an episode. His film-noir method of detective work puts him at odds with Diana when the two pair up on a case. However, his ‘40s-esc charm makes him hard to hate, unless you're Steve Trevor, who seems to have a problem with someone charming Wonder Woman for some reason.
Keith Griggs: Keith is an Air Force Vet and Steve Trevor’s best friend. While Keith is fairly new to civilian life, he is well acclimated and easy going. He serves as Steve’s voice of reason, a voice of honesty in a world of spy craft and secret identities.
Hipolita: Diana’s mother, Queen Hipolita is a hopeful skeptic. It was her plan to re-open Themyscira, and it was not met with unified agreement. In order to display trust in her own plan, trust she only skeptically holds, she agreed to have her daughter be first contact with man’s world. She is a good leader and mother but can be a little overbearing.
Ares: Ares is the god of war. Throughout the first season he comes to Diana’s aid a number of times, helping her overcome her enemies. However, the war god’s motives may not be so benevolent. After all, a warrior race is trying to figure out how to reconnect peacefully, and Diana is a key to that peace.
