Merch Kings Road Merch
I bought a hoodie back in July off of Kings Road Merch that said it was gonna ship in the middle of August bc they were out of stock. I then got an email the day after saying how they were gonna send me a signed vinyl bc of how late it was. And I still have not received the hoodie. Ive sent their support team an email weeks ago that they never responded to and I followed up with an email earlier today and have still gotten nothing. Has this happened to anyone else? What am I supposed to do?

They moved warehouses across the country. Have completely and utterly effed up 99% of pre-orders (and regular orders from the way I understand it). People who pre-ordered clothing and albums in June for the July release still haven’t gotten their stuff. Some have, but I’d say based on the past posts and conversations in this sub it’s about 50/50. It has just snowballed from there.
This also applies to communication with the company.
It’s been really bad.

I preordered 2 shirts and the corn dog pin in June and received one of the shirts a month later. Then I preordered the photo cards in July and received those last week. I’ve sent 2 emails about the missing shirt and pin and no reply. This whole merch drop has been a shit show.

Yeah, this company sucks ass. Took months for me to receive all my items. I emailed them last month about a few items I still didn't have - I requested a refund and they never responded. Instead, they shipped the items anyway.

Send an email to threaten to do a chargeback with your credit card company. That’s what I did an magically got not only a response but tracking within 24 hours 😅😬

I had my Decades vinyl with the signed insert sent to a completely different state than what I live in and have sent multiple emails with no response.

The exact same thing happened to me. I've also sent emails and haven't heard anything back.

I ordered the same one and haven’t heard anything and no one will reply to emails. I started a dispute with my bank and also left a complaint on Shopify.

Literally returned a pair of shorts to them back in AUGUST and still haven't received a refund. Guess I'm only buying MIW merch if I make it to a show or if they finally get rid of this completely ass company 🙃

Have never had a positive experience with this company. Most recently, I had pre-ordered the new Holding Absence album. I had the shipping address for my current apartment at the time. But when I learned it was delayed, I reached out to them to change the address on my order to the new apartment I was moving to… then I sent another email a week later after not receiving a response… then the album shipped - to my previous address. Because of this I had to go through the process of USPS essentially holding my package in forwarding hell. THEN Kings Road Merch FINALLY responded to my initial address change email with an ai generated response. I have had other bad experiences with them in the past, but this was the worst.

I bought the signed poster and vinyl and they sent the vinyl but said the poster would be coming later and they sent tracking for it but it shows delivered to a different state. They don't answer any sort of contact either they're the worst!

I ordered the sunglasses back in August and have not recieved them. The tracking never updated and support doesn't respond. As much as I wanted those sunglasses I guess I'll be doing a charge back 😮💨
