Good for you but there’s plenty of people that couldn’t get out of high school fast enough.

Yep. Several people made my HS years miserable for no apparent reason ( I was the quiet one back then).

yeah, I didn't weep over Columbine, that's for sure. My life got a lot better after that day. (Turns out people like that learn to behave when they're afraid of getting shot)

First line is fucked up to say out loud.

lol...yes, that's very much a majority opinion, in a nation where the majority controls the government. In fact, the majority showed exactly why I made that statement with their voting activity on my post.

The majority has only made this problem worse. Much, much worse.

Maybe we should stop encouraging and embracing censorship to protect our feelings.

What the fuck are you talking about.

If I realised people were seriously concerned I was going to shoot them, I would change literally everything about myself

Really? That's a shallow, selfish take. I quit alcohol completely after my divorce because I was afraid I was going to hurt people. Those people had no clue they were in danger. I didn't need social validation to make a major personal change, I did it myself.

You're a really bad person.

Your statement and point of view on this are fucked, bud.

Erik Harris and Dillon Clebold were not the quiet loner kids the media painted them to be when Columbine happened. Not that it should matter either way, but they were both pretty popular. They were just sociopathic pieces of shit. The last interaction Erik Harris had with his classmates was a group of girls trying to get his attention from their car as they were driving into school.

There was no righteous retaliation for years of abuse from their peers. In fact if you ask a lot of their classmates, Erik and Dillon leaned more towards bully rather than victim in their everyday lives.

lol...yeah, that's exactly why the lying "victim complex" majority sold when they "couldn't figure out how this happened". Everyone already knows what you just posted. So why are shootings getting more common? Why haven't you fixed the problem?

Maybe instead of telling me my view is wrong, you should trying thinking about what I just told you. Because you just showed everyone why shootings are happening and why you can't fix it. Shooters are an extreme minority. People shocked by shootings are the majority. Your opinion is meaningless, you aren't one of them. People like you have been trying to fix this issue for decades, you've only made the problem worse.

Outsiders still have friends. Outsiders still socialize. I'm one of them, I know this very well. Their peers claimed there was no retaliation for abuse, because their peers were selling a victim complex. The persona those boys embraced was created by systemic peer rejection. Because those boys were "a little weird". And the majority is taught to abuse those who are "a little weird".

Remember, I was alive and their age when this happened. I didn't read some idiots bullshit on the internet, I lived and experienced it.

What makes you think I wasn’t alive and around their age at that time? What makes you so sure I wasn’t also a kid on the fringes of high school society? I was, but that’s not important. Just like your social status all those years ago isn’t important. Your response is unhinged meandering horse shit with no real point made. I do agree with one thing, nothing is being done about it. Things have just gotten worse. I hope you still don’t carry any resentment from high school though. It sounds like you do, but dude we’re too old for that shit at this point.

I hope your life has taken a brighter turn since adolescence, and you’ve found people who love and accept you.

Depends heavily on the persons personality. If you were a social butterfly then a school reunion might be for you

I was a social butterfly. I still hated it because I had zero actual connections with anyone. I was just someone a lot of people liked because I was around.
