Trying to find all master system games.

For my sega genesis I bought a retro game cartridge with nearly all the games on it. Its a cartridge with a micro SD card that has like 900 games downloaded on it. I bought it off Etsy. Is there something like this for the master system?

Yep. Sms rom cart on ali express will vomit options at you. There's almost certainly someone reselling them on ebay too if you don't fancy using ali express.

You can pretty much get them for any console

https://krikzz.com/our-products/cartridges/smsx7.html I bought this one from Krikzz and it's excellent (all the AliExpress versions are knockoffs of older versions of his EverDrive).
He also runs a sale in November every year if you can wait a little bit.

I know quality is higher, but the price is that high! Which benefit is get from it, in comparison?

The biggest thing is supporting the original designer of the carts and not the people stealing his designs.
But also, you get lots of firmware updates, and support. Where as the knockoffs get no updates and are technically less capable than the latest Krikzz release. They copy older versions that don't support all the same stuff, and if you try and update the AliExpress versions it will likely get bricked. The other consideration is cheap quality chips and incorrect voltage control which can lead to damage because of voltage mismatch with the console.

Games load faster is about the only tangible difference

It has features like save states as well, but you will end up turning that feature off when you realize there are only a dpad and 2 buttons you can use, and you need to use both buttons plus any dpad direction to trigger the save states, and basically you will end up accidentally triggering it when you don't want to all the time

You could consider using a Sega Dreamcast to play SMS games instead. Thanks Uncle Sonic!
