We can tolerate a grey zone for old games that are no more sold on games stores.

From what I know wt 2009 is abandonware, since you cant buy it off the official distributor.

The site myabandonware.com has a fairly accurate list of what's still sold versus abandoned.

It's odd how very old games that I'd think were abandoned are actually still sold.

I was going to comment this site until I say you mention it. Great place to know what is safe to sail the high seas of the internet for when you can't find it for sale other than physical copies on ebay.

I need to play NOLF 1 and 2 still. It’s great they (and similarly) James Bond Nightfire PC port have their own fan Websites/community-patches/launcher available.
