Not like this. Even casino lighting wouldn't make the lady this yellow. It's a hue you recognise when you've seen more AI images with it
It's hard to put into words, but if you look at the angles, you can see it's not all that natural. For instance, yes the arm is on top of the slot machine, but she's not putting any weight on it. The bottom her her seat doesn't really make sense how it touches the floor. The oxygen tank also slightly differs from the floor.
Also hard to explain, but it just lacks some imperfections a human face would have. It kind of looks like someone ran a smoothing Instagram filter over it.
Zoom in on the 7's. None of them look like eachother. In one of them the top even blurs out where it starts looking like a 1.
But I'm serious. The hands look normal, the lighting makes sense for a casino, nothing looks blurred or out of place. I'm having a hard time placing what makes someone think this is AI.
Yellow tint. Weird curving on the slot machines. Looks like it's been through a bad HDR filter without the contrast HDR gives. Loss of detail in the background isn't consistent. The chair is between the machines and not in front of either of them. THE PISS YELLOW FILTER.
I absolutely disagree. There is something off and it's instantly recognizable, even before you think about AI or not. It's just not real, it tries to be real but fails in the process. There once will be AI images that we literally won't be able to tell apart. Probably already exist but I couldn't tell.
What you're seeing isn't so much an AI art style as specifically the ChatGPT art style. You can go to ChatGPT and generate a few images for free to see this in action. Unless a color hue is specifically requested it defaults to the yellow hue seen in the OP. Body proportions are ever so slightly more stout than they should be, round contours are more pronounced than normal, and there's often a very subtle darkening of the edges/outlines of things more discerning viewers tend to pick up on. Very much a ChatGPT thing, other models like Nano Banana, MidJourney or Flux can produce far more realistic images, some that are legitimately near impossible to spot as generated even to a trained eye (such as images made with old digital camera naming prefixes as the prompt that were popular for a while after the early Flux models came out).
Besides the general off look of it, she’s sitting between two machines, and the cut-off one she’s supposedly looking at doesn’t have the multi-colored buttons at the bottom of it.
Look at the tank and the cannula. There's no regulator on the tank. She would just get blasted with 680 liters of compressed 02. That's like sucking on a leaf blower on full blast

Can someone tell me what exactly stands out as AI?
