C-stands, v-flats, sandbags, and a studio titan are available to use on-site. Brand new AC + electric. Easy street parking. Utilities included. Concrete floors, plus a corner with laminate wood flooring and wall flats. The space works best for single-person portraits, still life, etc., and you'll need your own lighting gear (only one small window, so this is not a daylight studio). ~No live/work. This is a workspace only, not a residence.~

Nov. 1st, asking for a 6-month lease. $500/month for up to 5 shoot days and a half-rack of storage, $800/month for up to 10 shoot days with a full rack of storage. Business/renter's insurance required.
